Customer Service and Cancellation Policy

Our video service is an on demand service for the distribution of archived video and live stream events. Our obligation to you is to make the content available to you through our servers. To assure the highest level of uninterrupted service, we utilize the Akamai content distribution network.

You should understand that part of the delivery process for video content is contingent upon several factors beyond our control. Once you have accessed a video or live stream ("video content"), we are unable to cancel your order and refund your money unless we are able to determine that there is a problem with the serving of the video from our servers. It is therefore important that you understand your local connection environment (including but not limited to the capacity of your computer) to assure that it is sufficient to receive high quality video content. We recommend download speeds of no less than one megabyte or more to receive video content.

Further, you must have the ability to view Flash video, as all content is served in the Adobe Flash format. Should we be able to determine that there is a problem with our server or a problem with the video file that you are attempting to access, we will cancel your order and refund your payment as soon as possible following that determination.

Forms of Payment

All amounts are payable and settled in U.S. Dollars. Online purchases must be paid by credit card by the credit card holder. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Your transactions through our Web site are encrypted with industry standard SSL technology. Data you key in to your computer is passed directly to our credit card processing company in a secured environment in order to protect your information on the internet. It is our policy that no credit card information is stored in our system in order to afford you the maximum protection. However, be aware that you have an obligation to yourself and others to keep anti-spyware and antivirus software updated on your own computer, or you risk spreading viruses or putting your own personal information stored or key in on your own computer at undue risk, for which we assume no liability. Occasionally duplicate charges or other errors related to processing of credit cards may occur. If they do, we will promptly research and issue credit for any such charges. In accordance with the Terms of Use of our Web site, you must contact us directly at (972) 487-2200 x103 or via email at in order to notify us of any duplicate charges or other errors; failure to do so could result in service fees being charged by the credit card company to us. Our pledge to you, our customer, is that we will research and credit back any erroneous charges reported to us in a timely manner.

Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds for any reason except in those cases that are directly under our control (i.e., if our servers go down and are inaccessible during a live stream, or if a video file is corrupted and therefore not deliverable for viewing). You should be certain that you have tested your computer and tested your connection for video before making a purchase. All sales are final at the time you first access purchased video.
